Interest rate on bank loans reached 6.09% in fourth quarter of 2013 in Latvia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 5.48% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, interest rate on bank loans in Latvia reached an all time high of 76.3% in 3Q1993 and an all time low of 5.09% in 4Q2011.
