Interest rate on bank loans reached 14.3% in third quarter of 2015 in Russia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 11.9% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, interest rate on bank loans in Russia reached an all time high of 419% in 1Q1995 and an all time low of 7.93% in 3Q2011.
