Based on a comparison of 26 countries in 2Q2016, Latvia ranked the highest in Labour Cost Index (Total labour cost, yoy) with 24.4% followed by Lithuania and Croatia. On the other end of the scale was Ireland with -6.10%, Austria with -4.00% and Spain with -3.80%.
