Average interest rate on new mortgage loans granted reached 8.07% in third quarter of 2023 in Poland, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 6.56% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, average interest rate on new mortgage loans granted in Poland reached an all time high of 9.19% in 4Q2022 and an all time low of 2.83% in 1Q2021.
