Mortgage loans as a share of bank loans reached 20.8% in 2021 in Slovenia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 13.6% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans as a share of bank loans in Slovenia reached an all time high of 27.8% in 2016 and an all time low of 8.01% in 2004.
