Mortgage loans as a share of bank loans reached 1.03% in third quarter of 2015 in Tajikistan, according to the National Central Bank. This is 14.8% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans as a share of bank loans in Tajikistan reached an all time high of 1.54% in 3Q2013 and an all time low of 0.894% in 2Q2015.
