Mortgage loans reached USD 35.8 bil in 2022 in Greece, according to the National Central Bank. This is 4.06% more than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans in Greece reached an all time high of USD 106 bil in 2010 and an all time low of USD 0.386 bil in 1980.
