Mortgage loans reached USD 62.7 bil in 2022 in Mexico, according to the National Central Bank. This is 52.3% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans in Mexico reached an all time high of USD 132 bil in 2021 and an all time low of USD 0.127 bil in 1987.
