Based on a comparison of 62 countries in 2022, China ranked the highest in mushroom and truffle production with 45,428,825 tonnes followed by Japan and USA. On the other end of the scale was Brunei with 16.5 tonnes, Kuwait with 38.0 tonnes and Albania with 100 tonnes.
