Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2012, Finland ranked the highest in Participation in Tertiary Education (ISCED 1997) by Field of Education - Engineering, manufacturing and construction - First and second stage of tertiary education (levels 5 and 6) - Males - As % of Population Aged 20-29 with 18.5% followed by Lithuania and Slovenia. On the other end of the scale was Luxembourg with 1.10%, Malta with 2.40% and Macedonia with 2.60%.
