Producer prices of soft wheat and spelt reached 191 EUR/t in 2015 in Italy, according to Eurostat. This is 4.59% less than in the previous year.
Historically, producer prices of soft wheat and spelt in Italy reached an all time high of 248 EUR/t in 2011 and an all time low of 117 EUR/t in 1980.
