Sales of all tobacco products in pieces reached 3,799 tonnes in 2011 in Ireland, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 1.36% more than in the previous year.
Historically, sales of all tobacco products in pieces in Ireland reached an all time high of 7,210 tonnes in 1951 and an all time low of 3,720 tonnes in 1923.
