Sugar beet production reached 28,734 kt in 2014 in Germany, according to Faostat. This is 25.9% more than in the previous year.
Historically, sugar beet production in Germany reached an all time high of 32,426 kt in 1981 and an all time low of 14,287 kt in 1961.
