Tea production reached 2,326,000 tonnes in 2022 in Kenya, according to Faostat. This is 23.7% less than in the previous year.
Historically, tea production in Kenya reached an all time high of 3,050,000 tonnes in 2021 and an all time low of 12,641 tonnes in 1961.
