Utilization of Whole Milk for Butter, incl. Dehydrated Butter and Ghee and Other Fats and Oils (kt) in Latvia

Utilization of whole milk for butter reached 60.3 kt in 2015 in Latvia, according to Eurostat. This is 24.7% less than in the previous year.

Historically, utilization of whole milk for butter in Latvia reached an all time high of 116 kt in 2007 and an all time low of 31.3 kt in 2012.
