Utilization of Whole Milk for Butter (kt) in Latvia

Utilization of whole milk for butter reached 56.5 kt in 2015 in Latvia, according to Eurostat. This is 25.9% less than in the previous year.

Historically, utilization of whole milk for butter in Latvia reached an all time high of 103 kt in 2007 and an all time low of 27.4 kt in 2012.
