Production value of soft wheat and spelt reached EUR 229 mil in 2015 in Switzerland, according to Eurostat. This is 15.4% more than in the previous year.
Historically, production value of soft wheat and spelt in Switzerland reached an all time high of EUR 369 mil in 1989 and an all time low of EUR 160 mil in 2009.
