Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of HKD 1,245 mil in 2018 and an all time low of HKD 985 mil in 2010. The average revenue in the last five years amounted to HKD 1,197 mil.
Net interest income represented 84.8% of total revenues, fee income contributed 16.5% and other non-interest income added further -1.26% to the overall revenue generation in 2018.
Bank's total revenues accounted for 20.1% total assets in 2018, up from 19.3% a year earlier.
