Historically, average age of cars in Germany reached an all time high of 9.50 years in 2018 and an all time low of 6.40 years in 1991. When compared to Germany's main peers, average age of cars in Austria amounted to 8.20 years, 9.00 years in Belgium, 9.00 years in France and 13.9 years in Poland in 2018.
