Balance of trade in goods and services rose 10.7% to SGD 167 bil in Singapore in 2021, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, balance of trade in goods and services in Singapore reached an all time high of SGD 167 bil in 2021 and an all time low of SGD -1.93 bil in 1974. When compared to Singapore's main peers, balance of trade in goods and services in Indonesia amounted to IDR 458,017 bil, MYR 110 bil in Malaysia, PHP -2,333 bil in Philippines and THB -38.8 bil in Thailand in 2021.
