Total banana consumption fell 54.5% to 15.0 kt in Cambodia in 2021, according to Faostat.

Historically, total banana consumption in Cambodia reached an all time high of 164 kt in 2008 and an all time low of 15.0 kt in 2021. When compared to Cambodia's main peers, total banana consumption in China amounted to 10,850 kt, 657 kt in Laos, 766 kt in Thailand and 2,122 kt in Vietnam in 2021.
