Bank Loans (As % of Bank Deposits) rose 2.33% yoy to 70.1% in Liberia in 3Q2016

Bank loans as a share of bank deposits rose 2.33% yoy to 70.1% in Liberia in 3Q2016, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.51% more than in the previous quarter.

Historically, bank loans as a share of bank deposits in Liberia reached an all time high of 70.1% in 3Q2016 and an all time low of 64.3% in 2Q2015.

Liberia has been ranked 57th within the group of 70 countries we follow in terms of bank loans as a share of bank deposits, 57 places below the position seen 10 years ago.
