Bank of China's loans reached CNY 12,569,700 mil in the second quarter of 2019, up from CNY 12,260,400 mil when compared to the previous quarter and up from CNY 11,403,200 mil when compared to the same period of last year. Historically, the bank’s loans reached an all time high of CNY 14,351,100 mil in 1Q2018 and an all time low of CNY 5,526,250 mil in 3Q2010.
At the end of second quarter of 2019, Bank of China's loans accounted for 78.4% of total deposits and 55.1% of total assets.
Mortgage loans represented 29.9% of the bank's loan book at the end of the year 2Q2019, consumer further 7.94% and corporate loans 59.7% of total loans.
