Cattle meat consumption per capita rose 20.2% to 9.39 kg in Kuwait in 2020, according to Faostat.

Historically, cattle meat consumption per capita in Kuwait reached an all time high of 9.78 kg in 2013 and an all time low of 7.27 kg in 2012. When compared to Kuwait's main peers, cattle meat consumption per capita in Bahrain amounted to 13.7 kg, 3.08 kg in Iraq, 7.55 kg in Iran and 4.41 kg in Saudi Arabia in 2020.

Kuwait has been ranked 66th within the group of 165 countries we follow in terms of cattle meat consumption per capita, 10 places above the position seen 10 years ago.
