Commerzbank generated total banking revenues of EUR 2,190 mil in the third quarter of 2019, up 2.72% when compared to the same period of last year and 2.38% when compared to the previous quarter.
Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of EUR 3,810 mil in 1Q2010 and an all time low of EUR 648 mil in 4Q2002. The average revenue in the last six quarters amounted to EUR 2,168 mil.
Net interest income represented 57.9% of total revenues, fee income contributed 34.9% and other non-interest income added further 7.26% to the overall revenue generation in 3Q2019.
Bank's total revenues accounted for 1.71% total assets in the third quarter of 2019, down from 1.73% a year earlier.
