Historically, distillate fuel oil consumption in Kosovo reached an all time high of 6.70 '000 bpd in 2015 and an all time low of 5.80 '000 bpd in 2010. When compared to Kosovo's main peers, distillate fuel oil consumption in Albania amounted to 15.8 '000 bpd, 9.59 '000 bpd in Macedonia, 3.47 '000 bpd in Montenegro and 32.2 '000 bpd in Serbia in 2015.
