Historically, electricity production from wind power in Slovenia reached an all time high of 6.02 GWh in 2016 and an all time low of 0 GWh in 2000. When compared to Slovenia's main peers, electricity production from wind power in Austria amounted to 6,528 GWh, 1,205 GWh in Croatia, 758 GWh in Hungary and 17,657 GWh in Italy in 2017.
