Bulgarian banking sector accepted retail deposits of BGN 47.8 bil in 2017, up 5.40% when compared to the last year.
Eurobank Bulgaria accounted for 9.72% of all retail deposits taken by banks in Bulgaria at the end of 2017. Historically, the bank’s market share in retail deposits reached an all time high of 16.2% in 2006 and an all time low of 5.85% in 2004.
That's compared to a 7.59% market share the bank held in terms of total assets at the end of 2017.
