Eurobank Bulgaria's retail loans reached BGN 2,227 mil at the end of 2017, up 5.34% compared to the previous year. In the last decade, the average annual loan growth amounted to 11.4%.
Overall, retail loans accounted for 46.1% of the bank's loan book at the end of 2017.
Mortgage loans rose 5.35% to BGN 1,579 mil in 2017 and accounted for 70.9% of the retail loan portfolio.
