Historically, fixed line penetration as a percentage of population in Sweden reached an all time high of 72.0% in 1998 and an all time low of 14.6% in 2020. When compared to Sweden's main peers, fixed line penetration as a percentage of population in Denmark amounted to 12.7%, 4.06% in Finland, 6.43% in Norway and 17.7% in Russia in 2020.
