Gross natural gas production rose 2.16% to 772 bil cb ft in Iraq in 2015, according to EIA.

Historically, gross natural gas production in Iraq reached an all time high of 772 bil cb ft in 2015 and an all time low of 81.2 bil cb ft in 2003. When compared to Iraq's main peers, gross natural gas production in Iran amounted to 8,636 bil cb ft, 539 bil cb ft in Kuwait, 4,122 bil cb ft in Saudi Arabia and 249 bil cb ft in Syria in 2015.

Iraq has been ranked 27th within the group of 70 countries we follow in terms of gross natural gas production, 16 places above the position seen 10 years ago.
