Historically, gross school enrollment of females in primary education in Vietnam reached an all time high of 120% in 2021 and an all time low of 95.2% in 2005. When compared to Vietnam's main peers, gross school enrollment of females in primary education in Cambodia amounted to 102%, 105% in China, 97.0% in Laos and 99.3% in Thailand in 2021.
Vietnam has been ranked 7th within the group of 60 countries we follow in terms of gross school enrollment of females in primary education, 45 places above the position seen 10 years ago.
