Based on a comparison of 113 countries in 2017, Montenegro ranked the highest in progression to secondary school of males as a share of total with 100% followed by Norway and Hong Kong. On the other end of the scale was Suriname with 54.4%, Niger with 56.6% and Uganda with 60.7%.
