Hypotecni Banka generated total banking revenues of CZK 884 mil in the fourth quarter of 2023, down 31% when compared to the same period of last year and 1.13% when compared to the previous quarter.
Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of CZK 1,388 mil in 2Q2013 and an all time low of CZK -71.4 mil in 4Q2000. The average revenue in the last six quarters amounted to CZK 1,058 mil.
Net interest income represented 90.6% of total revenues, fee income contributed -2.30% and other non-interest income added further 11.7% to the overall revenue generation in 4Q2023.
Bank's total revenues accounted for 0.868% total assets in the fourth quarter of 2023, down from 1.32% a year earlier.
When compared to bank's main peers, CSOB generated total revenues of 2.27% of assets in 4Q2023 and Komercni Banka operated with 2.43% revenue margin.
