Based on a comparison of 14 banks in Serbia in 2016, Bank Intesa Serbia had the most employees, followed by Komercijalna Banka Beograd and Banka Postanska Stedionica.

Bank Intesa Serbia employed 3,032 persons in 2016, up 0.731% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank's workforce hit an all time high of 3,200 persons in 2011 and an all time low of 2,028 in 2003.
