Historically, jet fuel consumption as a share of worldwide consumption in Taiwan reached an all time high of 1.62% in 2015 and an all time low of 0.156% in 1991. When compared to Taiwan's main peers, jet fuel consumption as a share of worldwide consumption in China amounted to 15.4%, 3.40% in Hong Kong and 0.983% in Philippines in 2015.
