Historically, mobile cellular subscriptions in Ghana reached an all time high of 40.9 mil in 2018 and an all time low of < 0.001 mil in 1992. When compared to Ghana's main peers, mobile cellular subscriptions in Benin amounted to 10.3 mil, 37.4 mil in Ivory Coast and 6.24 mil in Togo in 2019.
