Historically, mobile cellular subscriptions in Vietnam reached an all time high of 141 mil in 2018 and an all time low of < 0.001 mil in 1992. When compared to Vietnam's main peers, mobile cellular subscriptions in Cambodia amounted to 21.1 mil, 1,718 mil in China, 4.10 mil in Laos and 116 mil in Thailand in 2020.
