Historically, mobile cellular subscriptions in Iran reached an all time high of 118 mil in 2019 and an all time low of 0.009 mil in 1994. When compared to Iran's main peers, mobile cellular subscriptions in Iraq amounted to 37.2 mil, 165 mil in Pakistan and 9.38 mil in Turkmenistan in 2019.
