Historically, mobile cellular subscriptions in Uganda reached an all time high of 27.7 mil in 2020 and an all time low of 0.002 mil in 1995. When compared to Uganda's main peers, mobile cellular subscriptions in Kenya amounted to 61.4 mil, 10.6 mil in Rwanda, 1.34 mil in South Sudan and 40.8 mil in Dem. Republic of the Congo in 2020.
