Neonatal mortality per 1,000 live births fell 4.55% to 4.20 in Sri Lanka in 2019, according to World Bank / WHO.

Historically, neonatal mortality per 1,000 live births in Sri Lanka reached an all time high of 40.2 in 1960 and an all time low of 4.20 in 2019.
