Number of fixed broadband internet connections rose 5.87% to 0.181 mil in Malta in 2017, according to World Bank.

Historically, number of fixed broadband internet connections in Malta reached an all time high of 0.181 mil in 2017 and an all time low of 0.002 mil in 2000. When compared to Malta's main peers, number of fixed broadband internet connections in Greece amounted to 3.78 mil, 16.6 mil in Italy, 0.802 mil in Tunisia and 11.9 mil in Turkey in 2017.

Malta has been ranked 104th within the group of 152 countries we follow in terms of number of fixed broadband internet connections, 23 places below the position seen 10 years ago.
