Sales of manufactured cigarettes in pieces rose 2.23% to 183,300 mil in Japan in 2015, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, sales of manufactured cigarettes in pieces in Japan reached an all time high of 348,300 mil in 1996 and an all time low of 14,691 mil in 1945.
