Number of passenger cars rose 0.840% to 0.120 mil in Nicaragua in 2015, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, number of passenger cars in Nicaragua reached an all time high of 0.122 mil in 2009 and an all time low of 0.100 mil in 2005. When compared to Nicaragua's main peers, number of passenger cars in Costa Rica amounted to 0.846 mil, 0.110 mil in El Salvador, 0.040 mil in Honduras and 26.9 mil in Mexico in 2015.
