OTP Bank Romania generated total banking revenues of RON 383 mil in 2017, down 16.7% compared to the previous year.
Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of RON 460 mil in 2016 and an all time low of RON 44.4 mil in 2005. The average revenue in the last five years amounted to RON 355 mil.
Net interest income represented 76.4% of total revenues, fee income contributed 12.3% and other non-interest income added further 11.3% to the overall revenue generation in 2017.
Bank's total revenues accounted for 4.19% total assets in 2017, down from 5.61% a year earlier.
