Piraeus Bank Romania's retail loans reached RON 1,716 mil at the end of 2017, down 7.18% compared to the previous year. In the last decade, the average annual loan growth amounted to -5.52%.
Overall, retail loans accounted for 49.7% of the bank's loan book at the end of 2017.
Mortgage loans rose 7.14% to RON 703 mil in 2017 and accounted for 40.9% of the retail loan portfolio.
