Historically, pork meat consumption per capita in Uzbekistan reached an all time high of 1.68 kg in 1992 and an all time low of 0.120 kg in 2018. When compared to Uzbekistan's main peers, pork meat consumption per capita in Kazakhstan amounted to 8.21 kg, 2.12 kg in Kyrgyzstan, 0.090 kg in Tajikistan and 0.090 kg in Turkmenistan in 2020.
