Historically, poultry meat production in Sudan reached an all time high of 85.5 kt in 2022 and an all time low of 0.650 kt in 2006. When compared to Sudan's main peers, poultry meat production in Chad amounted to 6.54 kt, 2,638 kt in Egypt, 49.4 kt in Ethiopia and 52.1 kt in South Sudan in 2022.
