Historically, the bank’s cost of risk reached an all time high of 2.73% in 4Q2020 and an all time low of -1.52% in 1Q2021. The average cost of risk in the last six quarters amounted to 0.245%.
On the other hand, average asset yield was 5.68% in 4Q2023, down from 5.71% when compared to the same period last year. Cost of funding amounted to 4.10% in 4Q2023, up from 3.39%.
When compared to bank's main peers, Ceska Sporitelna operated in the fourth quarter of 2023 with a cost of risk of 0.080% CSOB reached 0.580% and Komercni Banka some 0.277%.
