Production of passenger cars fell 35.8% to 279 thousand in Poland in 2020, according to ACEA.

Historically, production of passenger cars in Poland reached an all time high of 842 thousand in 2008 and an all time low of 259 thousand in 1995. When compared to Poland's main peers, production of passenger cars in Czech Republic amounted to 1,153 thousand, 3,515 thousand in Germany, 1,261 thousand in Russia and 4.20 thousand in Ukraine in 2020.

Poland has been ranked 25th within the group of 50 countries we follow in terms of production of passenger cars, 9 places below the position seen 10 years ago.
